Since opening our doors in 2007, Alliance Family Medicine & A1 Kids Doc has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to children and families throughout our community. As a family medicine and pediatric practice, we believe healthcare should be personal, welcoming, and centered on the individual needs of every patient.

Our practice is led by Harminder Dhaliwal, MD, FAAP, a board-certified pediatrician and founder of the practice, whose dedication to children and families has helped shape the foundation of our clinic. Working alongside Dr. Dhaliwal, our family practice team includes Shameer Dhaliwal, PA-C, and Tiffany May, PA-C, who have been valued members of our team for several years. Together, our providers are committed to delivering attentive, personalized care and building lasting relationships with the patients and families we serve.

Behind the scenes, our Office Manager, Dee Villanueva, has been an important part of our team since 2020. Dee helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and works closely with our staff to ensure patients receive the support, guidance, and resources they need. From coordinating office operations to helping address patient needs, she is dedicated to making each patient's experience as smooth and positive as possible.
